Case Study: How Lumière Aesthetics Went From 0 to 68 Bookings/Month
Case Study: Lumière Aesthetics, Scottsdale AZ
The situation: A premium botox and filler clinic in Scottsdale, AZ with zero website. All bookings came through Instagram DMs and word-of-mouth. The owner, Dr. Amelia Rowe, had been operating for three years and was capped at the volume her social following could produce.
The goal: Appear on Google for local injectable searches and create a direct booking path that works without her involvement.
The Build
A 7-page custom Next.js website built over 11 days:
- Homepage: Brand-first design with a clear above-the-fold CTA, before/after preview, and Google review showcase
- Treatment pages: Dedicated pages for botox, lip fillers, dermal fillers, and facial rejuvenation — each targeting Scottsdale + treatment keyword combinations
- Before & After gallery: Filterable by treatment type, with patient consent copy
- Booking integration: Jane App embedded natively — visitors book without leaving the site
- About page: Dr. Rowe's credentials, philosophy, and a personal video
- Contact + Location: Embedded Google Maps, address, and a WhatsApp click-to-chat button
- Local SEO foundation: Schema markup, sitemap, Google Search Console setup, Google Business Profile alignment
The Results (90 Days Post-Launch)
| Metric | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| Google organic traffic | 0 | 1,240/month |
| Keyword rankings | 0 | 23 tracked terms |
| Monthly consultation requests | 12 (Instagram only) | 68 (website + Google) |
| No. 1 rankings | 0 | 4 |
| Paid ad spend | $0 | $0 |
What Made the Difference
Three things drove the results:
Treatment-specific pages. Each treatment page targets a specific search query. "Botox Scottsdale" is competitive — but "lip filler consultation Scottsdale" and "natural botox Scottsdale AZ" have strong intent and lower competition. Each page owned one of these terms.
Speed. The site scored 97 on Google PageSpeed. Strong Core Web Vitals support page experience, while fast load times reduce friction in the booking journey.
The booking flow. The Jane App integration meant that every visitor who was ready to book could do so in under 60 seconds without making a phone call. The clinic's phone enquiries actually decreased — because clients were booking directly online instead.
What Dr. Rowe Said
Before the website, we were completely invisible on Google. Within 60 days of launch, we had 68 new consultation requests — without running a single ad. The site paid for itself in the first month.
